Sofia Mattsson, 55 kilos, and Alex Kessidis, 77 kilos, both took medals in all competitions they participated in this summer. In addition, Henna Johansson dominated the 62-kilos class during the season and won three of four rankings.
To that can be added Olympic bronze medalist Jenny Fransson in 68 kilos that has invested heavily in next year's Tokyo Olympics and the World Cup is one of the chances to get there. To qualify for the Olympics you have to be top six in their weight class.
