According to this, there are about 3800 lodging rooms for the players to stay from the 14th floor to the 18th floor, for a total of 21 buildings.

In order to make it easy to get to and from all the accommodation buildings, the main facilities that are used in common, such as the 24-hour cafeteria and the bus stop that connects the athlete village to the competition venue, are arranged so that they are surrounded by the accommodation building. .

In addition, a model of the “village plaza”, an exchange facility where teams can meet with outsiders such as their families, has also been released.

The building is made of timber provided by 63 local governments nationwide, and a plaza with poles that hold national flags etc. is also planned for the athletes' entrance ceremony.

The accommodation building is scheduled to be completed in December this year, and the cafeteria and village plaza will be completed next spring.

The opening period of the Olympic Village is from July 14 to August 12 for the Olympics and August 18 to September 9 for the Paralympic Games.
