UK Finance Minister Philip Hammond, opposed to a Brexit without an agreement, announced Sunday that he would resign if Boris Johnson becomes prime minister.
"Assuming that Boris Johnson becomes the next Prime Minister, I understand that his conditions for serving in his government would include accepting an exit without agreement on October 31, and that's not something I could ever join. ", said Philip Hammond on the BBC.

The name of the next British prime minister, appointed by the 160,000 members of the conservative party, will be known on Tuesday. Two candidates are in the running to replace Theresa May: British Foreign Minister Jeremy Hunt and Boris Johnson, former Mayor of London and favorite. The new chief executive is expected to take office Wednesday.
Boris Johnson does not rule out EU exit without agreement
