CAS granted Mutko’s appeal to lifelong dismissal from OI

Vitaly Mutko received from the International Olympic Committee a life ban on visiting the Olympic Games on December 5, 2017. Subsequently, the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia filed an appeal to the CAS.

At the same time, the IOC commission did not find evidence of Mutko’s direct participation in the machinations of doping at the Olympic Games 2014 in Sochi.
