Former England referee Phil Dodd confirmed that Liverpool player Mohamed Salah had deserved to be sent off in his Champions League match against Porto.
"I got the impression they would review the shot, but they did not think it needed to be reviewed," he told the British Metro.
"I saw the shot 3 or 4 times and in my personal opinion it threatened the safety of the Porto player and the red card was to be awarded to Salah."
