On Wednesday, April 10, the second meeting on the high-profile case of football players Pavel Mamaev and Alexand Kokorin was held. The players themselves were in a cheerful mood. Mamaev even joked that his mood was getting better and better every day.
But Kokorin was unhappy with the way journalists cover the process.
“Did Daria Valitova (Kokorin's wife - RT ) be offended when she found out about kisses with Bobkova (Ekaterina, the witness in the case - RT )?” Bobkova said everything. And the fact that she is a lesbian. Or do you think it was all learned yesterday? This is only you learned six months later. You write who came what and who looks like. Further, the court continued the process of interrogation of numerous witnesses, which began the day before.
“I also sat down on Kokorin’s knees, because we are friends”
The first to be questioned were Gennady Kuropatkin, a friend of Kokorin, who was resting with the company that night, and also participated in both conflicts. Like previous witnesses, he said that the victim himself had provoked a fight with the driver of the leading First Channel Olga Ushakova, Vitaly Solovchuk. He repeated the already voiced version that the girlfriends of the soccer players mistakenly got into his car, after which the man insulted the young people. According to Kuropatkin, Solovchuk was the first to strike Mamaev, who was trying to explain himself to the driver.
“Pasha wanted to give up, but missed. The driver began to run away, I did not see more. Then they found themselves on the sidewalk and ran to the other side of the Egoist. I ran after them, but the phones fell out of my pocket, so I stopped to collect them. When he returned to them, the driver was already lying on the ground, everyone was standing around him. The girl was alone, I do not remember her name.
Solovchuk was raised and began to ask why he said that. Protasovitsky talked to him, but I talked with Pasha, the Kokorin brothers went along, but I did not look at them. I saw that Solovchuk had blood on his face. He did not behave in the same way as at the beginning: before that, Solovchuk was aggressive, spoke in a raised voice. Before getting into the car, he said that he understood everything and will leave now, ”the witness explained.
The young man also answered negatively to the prosecutor’s question whether Solovchuk was kicked on the head, but he admitted that he broke the glass of the driver’s car, after which he left.
The greater excitement in the hall raised the question of whether Kuropatkin really sat on Kokorin’s knees in Coffeemania. The man acknowledged this.
“The girl sat down on Sasha’s knees and got up. I did not see them kissing. I also sat down, because we are friends. Laughed. And what, we had to sit with books? Sat adequately ", - Kuropatkin declared.
Further, he, like previous witnesses, said that the conflict with officials Denis Pak and Sergey Gaysin began because of a joke of Protasovitsky about the similarity of an official with the famous Korean pop singer PSY. At the same time, Kuropatkin stressed that the accused apologized several times to the man.
“Sanya apologized to him three times. Pak, in response, told us a bad word: one of them was either a gang or a handful, and the second one starts with a y and ends with a s. Then Cyril approached him and asked: “Is it you to us?”. Sasha wanted to talk to him, took a chair. Who knows Kokorin is a kind person. He waved his chair and hit the top of his arm. I thought Puck would rush at us now, ”the witness said.
He also confirmed that the conflict ended with reconciliation of the parties. Puck allegedly also brought an apology to the young people, after which everyone "went their separate ways".
In addition, Kuropatkin recalled that his interrogation took place in a rather rigid form. In particular, he noted that he was kept about 16 hours without food.
“They called at three in the morning and were told to come. Voluntarily came with Karen (Grigoryan - another witness in the case, a friend of Alexander Kokorin. - RT ). We arrived within 30-40 minutes. We were told not to talk. I was taken to the room, put in, there was a man who, using foul language, said: “Well, did you get there?” He said something like "Sit all." I asked for what. He said: "I will find, for what." I don't know if I can identify him. It was a day or two. We did not sleep, everyone was nervous, ”the witness said.
“Either inadequate or drunk”
The next in court was made by Andrei Andratskin, barista "Coffeemania", in front of which there was a conflict with Pak and Gaysin. The man said that the company Kokorin and Mamaev from the very beginning behaved defiantly, because of which the management of the institution eventually had to call the police.
“Either they are not adequate in life, or they were simply drunk,” Andratskin concluded.
The witness recalled that Pak made a remark to them, after which he received a blow with the chair “on the face and body”. He also stressed that this chair could have caused a serious injury to the official. Separately, he noted the defiant behavior of one of the girls who formed the company of footballers that night.
“The man began to take off the phone, someone told him to stop, then someone from the company heard about it. The girl took the rum from whiskey and poured it on the man. He began to resent why they did not call the police. She threw the plates on the floor, was super inadequate. This was done purposefully to show that she is the empress and the main one here, ”Andratskin added.
After a few questions, Mamaev asked him. In particular, the footballer inquired whether the barista was using drugs. He replied in the negative.
And Alexander Kokorin asked whether Andratskin was certain that his brother Cyril had hit one of the officials in the face before he himself picked up a chair.
“I do not remember the exact chronology. It seems to me that the blow was followed before the strike by the chair. I began my speech by saying that I could not see something, but forget something, and tell what I consider to be true, ”the witness replied.
As a result, Andrei Romashov, Kokorin Sr.'s lawyer, asked to disclose the testimony of Andratsky "because of discrepancies with the testimony at the trial," and this petition was granted.
50 thousand for a bottle of champagne and 10 thousand for fruit
The meeting ended with the submission of documents attached to the case. Among them were the accounts from the club "Egoist" and "Coffeemania", where the company rested.
In the first institution, young people were given two checks: for 123,410 and 8,000 rubles. In the cafe they had to pay twice as much - 264,790 rubles. In particular, only 6,500 were spent only on Coca-Cola. Cristal Brut champagne cost 50,000, and whiskey in 30,090.
It is noteworthy that a considerable amount was spent on fruit - almost 10 thousand.
Finally, in “Egoist” the company ordered mainly alcoholic cocktails, although the battle of dishes was also included (2,000 rubles).
After the meeting, Kokorin himself once again reproached journalists, noting that they had previously called an incorrect amount of spending.
“And you guys wrote that they spent 2.5 million,” the footballer said.
