LONDON (Reuters) - Cardiff City's manager has voiced skepticism about the penalty kick by Martin Atkinson for Liverpool in Sunday's 35th Premier League match, while former top scorer Gary Lennicker has confirmed it.

Based on pictures taken at the moment of the match between defender Cardiff and Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah, the defender made a clear and unambiguous offense with the attacker inside the box, "catch the opponent."

Article 12 of the Football Act (Mistakes and Misconduct) stipulates that a competitor must be punished by a free kick or a penalty if the opponent commits a crime.

But the Cardiff coach questioned the existence of an offense, describing the decision as ridiculous and accusing Mohammed Salah of acting and deceiving the referee. But Winnaker responded to him through his personal account on Twitter, confirming the validity of Salah's penalty and clarity in a way that can not make him think otherwise.

It was a penalty for me. Can not really see how you could think otherwise ..... but you will, of course.
