The soccer team led by Paulo Bentu will face the ASEAN Football Confederation (AFF) Suzuki Cup winners on March 26 next year.

Chung Mong-kyu, chairman of the Federation of Korean Football Associations and the chairman of the East Asian Football Confederation (EAFF) and chairman of the Federation of Southeast Asian Football Confederation (AFF), will host the 2018 EAFF Championship (E-1 Championship) winner team in Hanoi, Vietnam, Has agreed to play the game on March 26 next year.

This year's Suzuki Cup winners are determined at the finals match between Vietnam and Malaysia on the 15th in Hanoi, Vietnam.

'AFF-EAFF Champions Trophy' was created with the aim of cooperating with football development and cooperation in the two regions based on business agreements signed by two federations last year.

Under the agreement, the competition between the champions of both leagues will continue to be held every two years.
