Due to the heavy rain, Ishioka City in Ibaraki Prefecture issued an evacuation order to 473 people from 166 households in the Katano district at 6:25 am.
At alert level 4 out of 5 alert levels, Ishioka City has opened an evacuation shelter at Katano Assembly Hall and is calling for everyone to evacuate from dangerous places.
