The site is a "whiteout" view

A man in his 40s who was caught in a traffic jam near the Hokuto Chuo Interchange due to an accident on the Hakodate Esashi Expressway in Hokuto City took a so-called "whiteout" from inside the car around 8 am on the 21st. The situation where the visibility is obscured is reflected.

In the video, you can see that many cars stopped on the road in the blizzard, and the fire engine, which seems to be heading to the scene of the accident, was unable to move forward due to traffic jams.

The man who shot the video said, "I was working on snow removal from early morning on this day, and when I entered the Hakodate Esashi Expressway from the Hokuto Chuo Interchange at around 7:30 am to head to the next snow removal site, it was 100 meters. I was caught in a traffic jam before I could make progress. I couldn't see 10 meters ahead in the whiteout, and the situation where the car did not move continued for 3 hours. "
