At 6:10 pm, the Hamada River National Highway Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Matsue Local Meteorological Observatory announced that Gonokawa had a new flood in the Nagara district of Matsue Town, Gotsu City, Shimane Prefecture.
So far, there are

Enokawa rivers in Shimane prefecture, including
the port district of Misato Town,
the valley district of Kawamoto Town,
the Tatsu district of Sakurae Town, Gotsu City, the Onuki District, and the Minamikawakami District of
Kawahira Town, Gotsu City. In
Hiroshima prefecture,
flooding has occurred in Awayamachi, Miyoshi City.
