The Takeo River Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Saga Local Meteorological Observatory announced at 7:00 am that a flood had occurred near the left bank of the Rokkaku River in Takeo City, Saga Prefecture.
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Meteorological Observatory are calling for the highest level of caution by issuing "flooding information," which is the highest level 5 of the five levels of caution.
