According to Takeo City, Saga Prefecture and the Takeo River Office of the Kyushu Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the water level of the Rokkaku River flowing through Saga Prefecture has reached a level exceeding the standard, so the water of the tributary upstream from the Shimbashi of Takeo City is drained to the Rokkaku River. It means that the seven drainage pumps were stopped at 3:15 am.

According to the Saga River Office of the Kyushu Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Shirohara River, which flows through Kanzaki City, Saga Prefecture, has reached the drainage limit water level beyond the "flooding danger water level" by the water level gauge installed at Nikki Bridge. It means that the four drainage pumps that drain the tributary water from Kanzaki to the Shirohara River were stopped at 3:40 am.

It is necessary to take action to protect yourself in areas where there is a risk of flooding due to the inability to drain water in any of the areas.
