Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture, issued an "evacuation order" to 86,486 households and 176,98 people throughout the city at 6:00 pm, saying that the risk of sediment-related disasters had increased due to heavy rain.
Of the five alert levels, alert level 4 information calls for everyone to evacuate from dangerous areas.
