This video was taken from a shelter near the Suzuhari River in Asakita Ward, Hiroshima City, around 9 am on the 13th.
The brown, muddy water that overflows from the river is flowing into the road that passes by.
You can also see the truck being pushed by the momentum of the water and not moving forward and backing up.
The woman who took the picture said, "About 15 minutes ago, water suddenly flowed in and the truck driver got out of the car and evacuated. I was scared."
