Nagiso Town, Nagano Prefecture, issued an evacuation order to 537 people from 180 households living in a part of the Tsumago area at midnight on the 14th, saying that there is a risk of flooding of the Araragi River and sediment-related disasters due to heavy rain.
Of the five alert levels, alert level 4 information calls for everyone to evacuate from dangerous areas.
