Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture issued an evacuation order to 53,579 households and 133,214 people throughout the city at 8:00 pm because of the risk of sediment-related disasters due to heavy rain.
Of the five alert levels, alert level 4 information calls for everyone to evacuate from dangerous areas.
