Satsumasendai City, Kagoshima Prefecture, issued an evacuation order to 46,326 households and 93,175 people throughout the city at 6:40 pm, saying that there was a risk of sediment-related disasters due to heavy rain.
Of the five alert levels, alert level 4 information calls for everyone to evacuate from dangerous areas.
