Kitahiroshima Town, Hiroshima Prefecture, said that the risk of sediment-related disasters is increasing, and issued "evacuation orders" to 6,405 households and 13,463 people in the Chiyoda and Toyohira districts of the town.
Of the five alert levels, alert level 4 information calls for everyone to evacuate from dangerous areas.
