The man was sick during work, so he was resting with the engine off in a truck with windows open from around 10 am, but before 1 pm, he was unconscious near the construction site. It means that it was found to have collapsed.

In Tokyo on the 10th, it was a midsummer day of 30 degrees or more from the morning, and 90 people were taken to the hospital on suspicion of heat stroke.
