Shimane Enokawa Flood risk water level below July 14 22:56
According to the Hamada River National Highway Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, the Enogawa river that flows through the western part of Shimane Prefecture has fallen below the “flood risk level” at all stations by 10:20 pm. Now, in all rivers in Shimane prefecture, the water level is below the flood risk level.
