Kumamoto Utogiyama River and Mashiki Town Jungawa At flood inundation level 17:19 on July 11th
According to Kumamoto Prefecture, as of 4:50 pm on the 11th, the Jungawa flowing through Uto City was the Jungawa Observatory, and the Kiyama River flowing through Mashiki Town was the Akai Observatory.
The nations and prefectures have called on the residents of the river basin to be vigilant because of the possibility of flooding.
