This is a video taken by NHK's helicopter around 11:20 am near the Hida River in Gero City, Gifu Prefecture. Route 41 runs along the river, but it has been scooped out for at least several tens of meters, and part of it fell into the river, exposing the soil beneath the asphalt. In addition, the river still has a large amount of water, and brown turbid water is flowing violently.
