Record-breaking heavy rain near Yamaga, Kumamoto 5:55 on July 7

According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, it was estimated by radar analysis near Yamaga City, Kumamoto Prefecture, that there was a heavy rainfall of about 110 mm in one hour by 5:30 am.

As the danger of a disaster is imminent, the Japan Meteorological Agency calls for “record short-time heavy rainfall information” to ensure safety.
