It is said that Honmei River in Isahaya City, Nagasaki Prefecture reached the "flood risk water level" at about 4:10 pm at Urayama Observatory.
The Nagasaki River National Highway Office and the Meteorological Observatory are calling for confirmation of evacuation information, ensuring safety, and taking appropriate disaster prevention actions, as there is a risk of flooding due to a levee collapse.
