According to Gifu Prefecture, the Kiso River at the observatory in Ochiai, Nakatsugawa City, at 8:50 pm, once again exceeded the "flood risk water level," which required the local government to issue "evacuation advisories."
Gifu Prefecture has issued a "flood hazard information" and called for strict caution, saying that it is safe for the flood to occur at any time.
