is looking for an economy editor who wants to support the economy editor in March - full time if possible. Afterwards there is also the possibility to work on a structural basis for eight hours, and every now and then during the weekend, at the economy editorial team.

What are you going to do?

Together with your colleagues you fill the economy section with the latest news, scoops and interviews. You keep an eye on the news, determine what is and is not relevant for the readers of the largest news website in the Netherlands and you constantly pick up the phone to have conversations with spokespersons, young start-ups and CEOs of large companies.

What do you take with you?

A strong interest in money and companies, but above all a sharp pen and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Error-free Dutch is a matter of course for you and you also have a good command of English. You have experience with writing news messages.

Of course you are always up to date with the latest news, because you follow this through and other channels.

What do we offer?

  • Forty hours of work per week in the month of March;
  • Opportunities to structurally support the economy editorial team on Fridays and weekends;
  • Many career opportunities;
  • Ambitious and pleasant colleagues;
  • A workplace a five-minute walk from the station in Hoofddorp, but also plenty of opportunity to park your car.

Why at

At there is plenty of room for growth. We expect that you have already written some articles, but you will certainly have the opportunity to develop yourself further.

We think it is great to try new things, to get our mouths on and then to tackle it well. With us you get the opportunity to turn your ideas into reality and share them with a million people.
