Tateyama City, Chiba Prefecture, announced the evacuation advisory for 23,081 households and 46,296 people throughout the city at 9:30 am due to heavy rain. The information corresponding to level 4 out of the five alert levels calls for prompt evacuation of all members. Tateyama City has established shelters at 10 locations in the city.
