According to Owase City, Mie Prefecture, the Yodo River flowing through the city overflowed in Mikisato Town. For this reason, Owase City announced the inundation occurrence information corresponding to the highest level 5 out of the five levels of warning at 10:30 pm earlier and called for the highest level of warning in the basin.
