This is a picture taken from the sky by NHK helicopter around 7:20 am on the 15th.
Trees are lined up in front of the houses in the Marshori-cho, Marumori-machi, Miyagi Prefecture.

I don't know who placed the tree, but it seems to be a message that I want water and food.
In the Marumori-cho brush stroke area, the 48-hour rainfall until 6:00 am on the 13th was observing 600 mm, which is the highest in Miyagi Prefecture.
