Around 8 o'clock on the 13th, a 91-year-old woman was found lying down on the first floor of a house in Daigo-machi, Ibaraki, and the death was confirmed on the spot.
According to Ibaraki Prefecture, the woman was fully wet with water, and the house was temporarily flooded to a height of about 60 centimeters per meter.
