According to Yamagata Prefecture, the Haguro River exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at Sekine Observatory in Yonezawa at around 9:50 pm on the 12th.
Yamagata Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
