According to Yamagata Prefecture, at Kurokawa around 1:15 am on the 13th, it exceeded the danger level of flooding at the Tokita Observatory in Kawanishicho.
Yamagata Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
