Tokyo has opened the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan in the Ueno area of Taito Ward so that foreign tourists who have lost their places can stay temporarily due to the planned suspension of public transportation.
The period is scheduled from 1 pm on the 12th to 9 am on the 13th.
