According to the Tokyo Bay Crossing Road, the Tokyo Bay Aqualine connecting Kisarazu City and Kawasaki City, Chiba Prefecture, was partially closed from noon on the 12th due to the strong winds accompanying the typhoon No. 19, but at 6am on the 13th Road closures have been lifted for all sections.
