Tochigi Sano Akasaka Town Akiyama River flooded October 12th 22:27
According to Tochigi Prefecture, the Akiyama River flowing through Sano City was inundated at around 9:20 pm in Akasaka Town where the river water exceeded the embankment.
According to Sano City and others, there is a lot of information from nearby residents that water has entered the house, so the city is rushing to confirm the damage.
