According to Tochigi Prefecture, at around 3:20 am on the 13th, there was a report that “an acquaintance who was trying to evacuate together was swept away” and firefighters were searching for it. Found in a irrigation channel called Togobori in the town with a woman floating on the water.
Women are in cardiopulmonary arrest.
