The old Yodo River flowing through Miyagi Prefecture exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at 9:50 pm at the observation station in Sendai City, Tahira-ku.
Miyagi Prefecture and the Meteorological Observatory are calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased.
