Sendai Izumi Ward Flooding occurred in Shichikita River Oct 13 13:17
According to Sendai City, the Shichikita River was inundated around 2:20 am near Nomura Elementary School in Nomura, Izumi-ku, Sendai City.
Sendai City is calling on local residents to take maximum actions to protect their lives, such as evacuating as high as possible to the building.
