Saitama Kita Ward Kamogawa is flooding dangerous water level October 12th 17:01
According to Saitama Prefecture, the Kamo River flowing through Saitama City exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at 3:50 pm at the Nisshinjo Observatory in Kita-ku, Saitama City.
Saitama Prefecture is calling for strict alerts by issuing "inundation risk information" as the risk of flooding is extremely high.
