The Chikuma River flowing through Nagano Prefecture was inundated at 8:30 pm in Ueda City Kokubu.
The national government and the meteorological observatory have announced the flood occurrence information corresponding to the highest level 5 out of the 5 levels of alert levels, calling for maximum alert.
