Miyagi Tome Koyamada River to flooding dangerous water level October 13th 5:46
According to Miyagi Prefecture, the Koyamada River exceeded the danger level of flooding at 4:40 am at the Tome City Observatory.
The prefecture and meteorological observatory are calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased.
