Yoshikawa, which flows through Miyagi Prefecture, exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at the observation station in Ohira village at 9:20 pm. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and the Meteorological Observatory have called for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased greatly.
