Kawasaki Hirase River on flood danger level October 12th 16:08
According to Kawasaki City, the Hirase River flowing through the city exceeded the inundation risk level at the Hirase Bridge Observatory in Kuji, Takatsu-ku at around 3:20 pm on the 12th.
Kawasaki City is calling for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding is increasing.
