According to Kanagawa Prefecture, the Sakai River flowing through Yamato City exceeded the “flooding dangerous water level” at around 7:30 am on the 12th at Sakaibashi Observatory in Fukami, Yamato City.
Kanagawa Prefecture is calling for strict vigilance as the danger of flooding is increasing.
