Iwate Ofunato Morikawa is flooding dangerous water level October 13th 2:52
Morikawa, which flows through Ofunato City, Iwate Prefecture, exceeded the inundation risk level at the Gongendo Bridge observation station in Ofunato City at 1:50 am.
Iwate Prefecture has called for strict vigilance as the risk of flooding has increased greatly.
