Tochigi Nasu-Mt. Arakawa and Gunma Ogawa flooded near Ita River on October 13 at 0:48
According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, inundation occurred near Mukada in Nasu Isoyama City, Tochigi Prefecture, Arakawa, and Ota City, Gunma Prefecture, Ishida River, Tone River Water System.
The Japan Meteorological Agency announces “flooding information”, which is the highest level among the five levels of warning, and calls for the highest level of warning.
