Hitachi City, Ibaraki Prefecture has announced an evacuation advisory to 78,337 households and 176,069 people in the entire area because it may be damaged by typhoons after noon on the 12th.
All 5 levels of alert levels call for alert level 4 to promptly evacuate all members.
