Ibaraki Chikusei Kinugawa is flooding dangerous water level October 13th 2:48
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Shimodate River Office announced that Kinugawa River flowing through Chikusei City, Ibaraki Prefecture, reached the inundation risk level at the Kawashima Observatory at 0:10 am on the 13th.
The water level has risen as of 1 am, and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Shimodate River Office and the Mito Regional Meteorological Observatory are calling for strict alerts as the risk of flooding has increased.
