Ibaraki Prefecture and Tochigi Prefecture heavy rain special warning canceled October 13th 2:27
At 2:20 am, the Japan Meteorological Agency has released the special heavy rain warning that was issued in Ibaraki and Tochigi Prefectures.
The Iwate, Miyagi, Fukushima, Nagano, and Niigata prefectures continue to receive special warnings of heavy rains, and the Japan Meteorological Agency calls for the highest level of alert for landslides, river flooding, and inundation.
In Ibaraki and Tochigi prefectures, where special warnings have been lifted, there are still areas where the ground has been loosened due to the rain and rivers that are flooding, so caution is still necessary.
